Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Telecom UAV Pilots. The Telecom UAV Pilot will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day UAV operations for telecom projects. Tasks include conducting aerial surveys, inspecting telecommunication infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
1. Current UAV piloting skills. As part of the process in evaluating candidates a practical assessment will take place.
2. Preferred but not essential; Telecom Infrastructure Site Knowledge: Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and site layouts.
3. Preferred but not essential; Site safety qualifications such as Rooftop access, first aid etc.
4. Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
5. Work independently as a single operator or collaborate effectively within a team.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and remotely.
8. Certifications in UAV operation and aviation safety.
This role requires working across the UK and as such will involve extensive travel and working away from home each week. All technology equipment, vehicle and associated costs will be provided for.
Starting Salary is £32k based on experience. Training is provided where necessary.
