Job Title: Family Assessment Registered Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Family Assessment Registered Manager at our centre in Matlock.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the assessment process, developing and implementing care plans, and working closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage the assessment process, ensuring that it is completed efficiently and effectively.
* To develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each family.
* To work closely with other professionals, including social workers, healthcare professionals, and education specialists.
* To provide support and guidance to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or a related field.
* Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a childcare setting.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
