Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
2. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
4. Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
5. Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
8. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:
1. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting.
2. Proficient in medication administration with a solid understanding of pharmacology.
3. Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to effectively assess and manage patient conditions.
