We are delighted to be partnering with this vibrant primary school in Bradford, which is part of a medium-sized multi Academy Trust, seeking an experienced School Office Manager.
Reporting to the Head Teacher, you will lead a small team to ensure a first-class administration service is delivered to staff, students, and parents.
The successful Office Manager will oversee admin functions including the maintenance of the single central record, cashless payments systems, trips, and managing requests from teaching and non-teaching staff.
This is a varied and diverse role in which you will lead on budget management relating to resources and administration, support and organize school visitors, and assist the senior leadership team in the coordination of staffing.
The successful Office Manager will be educated to GCSE level including English & Maths, and an NVQ4 in a relevant discipline is desirable. You will have a solid track record in administration management within a school or the education sector, with a good understanding of what a successful support service looks like.
On a personal note, the Office Manager will be proactive, bring a wealth of initiative, be able to make 'good common sense' decisions, and possess excellent communication and written skills.

This is a term-time only role plus two weeks, 37 hours per week.
