About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Client Strategist to join our team at Radial Path, a rapidly growing brand, product, and growth marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our national and international clients by developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth and deliver results.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain strong internal and client relationships. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create comprehensive B2B marketing strategies.
* Research clients' businesses, audiences, and competitors to guide strategy.
* Develop GTM plans covering positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and channels.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analysing client needs and recommending additional services or solutions.
* Work with content creators, designers, and growth marketers for effective execution.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights for optimisation.
* Maintain client relationships through regular communication and performance reporting.
Requirements
* 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally including some client-facing agency work.
* Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Strong B2B marketing knowledge, including product marketing, GTM, lead generation, and customer retention.
* Familiarity with digital infrastructure, tech, and SaaS industries is a plus.
* Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
