The role Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will be an integral part of our Defined Benefit Solutions marketing team. Key responsibilities: Help shape and deliver the marketing plans for the Defined Benefit Solutions channel including events, awards and B2B campaigns. Collaborate with the wider Marketing functions and subject matter experts to create best-in-class communications and marketing collateral. Work with internal teams to enhance our social media and web presence to elevate our profile and brand in the Defined Benefit Solutions market. Monitor and report on performance of marketing activity and contribute to regular business development meetings, making recommendations for future activity. Work closely with key internal and external partners to deliver our events programme. Ensure all materials are consistent with our tone of voice, brand identity and brand guidelines. What are we looking for? Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including creative teams. Proven experience in organising or working to deliver a range of events. Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including social, digital, content, design and events. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate plans, data and insights to stakeholders of all levels. Proven ability to generate ideas and take ownership of projects while managing competing deadlines effectively. Previous experience in a marketing position would be advantageous.
