Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain your own portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Develop and deliver market presentations, reflecting renewal strategies tailored to client needs.
* Prepare comprehensive renewal reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
* Handle day-to-day client insurance and risk inquiries promptly and efficiently.
* Facilitate mid-term changes to client risk profiles in coordination with internal teams.
* Attend meetings with insurers and clients as required, representing the company professionally.
* Provide support to the Associate Director across all facets of insurance broking activities.
* Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in account handling or client advisory roles within the commercial insurance broking sector.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Demonstrated willingness to pursue further insurance qualifications, if not already achieved.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, while also capable of independently managing client relationships.
