Job description.
Responsibilities
1. Managing company accounts/ financial matters including:-
* Monthly management accounts
* Preparing Accounts to trial balance
* On-Line Banking,
* Bank reconciliation,
* Accruals & prepayments,
* On-line Vat returns
1. Liaison with external Accountant re Financial Matters
2. Cost management aiding surveying department for various Construction Projects 4. Staff management, training & supervision
3. Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of purchase ledger,
4. Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of Sales ledger,
5. Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of Payroll and HR Mattters
6. Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of Sub Contractors Payments, including CIS Returns
7. Managing Credit Control
8. Other ad hoc tasks
Key skills and requirements
Possesses the following
Experience in the execution of the, experience in the Construction Industry and knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting & Payroll packages & HMRC Requirements
