The Package
Basic Salary: £25,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
On Target Earnings: £45,000
Car Allowance: £3,000 or Company Car
Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (Alternate weekends) - Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30, Saturday 09.00 - 17.00

The Job
* Covering for holidays, vacancies and sickness all responsibilities as Sales Manager across the area of Portsmouth.
* Providing personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
* Motivating, inspiring and managing the team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions.
* Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance.
* Working closely with the sales team, downloading new properties and matching customers to viewings.
* Valuing properties and advising on showcasing them effectively to achieve the best possible price.
* Keeping abreast of current market conditions and developing a reputation as an expert in your field.
The Person
* Ability to build great relationships and a proven record of turning valuations into listings and sales.
* Demonstrated leadership and adaptability towards teams.
* Drive, determination, and enthusiasm.
* Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
