We are searching for a Lead Generation Specialist for our successful client who provides outsourced surveying and project management as a service. In this role, you will reach out to targeted new business opportunities as well as existing contacts in the CRM to generate leads for the Account Managers to follow up.
In this role you will:
1. Build strong and lasting relationships with customers through outbound calls, CRM follow-ups, and market research (via LinkedIn, web search, etc.).
2. Present products in a way that demonstrates how they best meet client needs.
3. Handle incoming sales calls, document client requirements, and forward them to the account manager for follow-up.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback and support initiatives.
Essential: Proven experience in a similar role with demonstrable good results against targets.
