Responsibilities:
1. Offer pastoral support, advice, and guidance to students.
2. Monitor attendance and wellbeing.
3. Liaise with parents and Personal Tutors to ensure students achieve the best outcome from their programme of study.
4. Promote drop-in sessions and enrichment opportunities for students.
5. Organize and be responsible for a range of exciting enrichment and cross-college events throughout the academic year.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to relate well to young people.
3. Dynamic, dedicated, enthusiastic, and driven attitude.
This role can be at any of our sites at Wigan and Leigh College.
