LGS Vision are delighted to be working exclusivity with our client as they source a Bookkeeper / Assistants Assistant to join their team.
They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join us as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations & accurate financial tracking.
Responsibilities
* Accounts payable & Receivables
* Reconciling bank accounts
* Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals
* Processing both purchase ledger & sales ledger transactions in an accurate & timely manner
* VAT Returns
* Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
* Creating and entering all invoices onto accounting system
* Experience using Sage
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in Bookkeeping/Accounts Assistant: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
* Proficiency with Accounting Software: Sage experience preferred
* Detail-Oriented and Organised: Ability to handle a busy workload with excellent attention to detail
* Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable liaising with clients, staff, and management
* Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick to identify issues and propose practical solutions
