Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our expanding Psychology workforce within the 0-18 Children and Young People's Mental Health Service (CYPMHS) in East Cheshire.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Clinical Psychologist or someone looking to take their next step with a 7 to 8a development post. You will be joining after the successful introduction of a Cheshire-wide Consultant Clinical Psychologist & several Principal Clinical Psychologists across Cheshire, demonstrating our dedication to developing & investing in psychological services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
* Collaborate with mental health professionals, psychological therapists, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care.
* Share knowledge through training, consultation, and complex case discussions with non-psychologist colleagues.
* Supervise and support Trainees and Assistant Psychologists.
