Job Description Conference Qualify and convert enquiry Offer and contract Pro forma invoices Function sheet preparation & distribution Post charges Verify invoice for accuracy Post event client follow up Groups Reservations Replying to enquires as well as following up on enquiries Assisting where required with hosting of site inspections Compile and contribute to daily and weekly reporting General office support duties for Admin Office and updating the events calendar Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion Competency using a variety of computer software Energetic and able to multi-task and manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment Able to take instructions and initiatives Decent written English and pleasant telephone manners with ability to communicate confidently internally and externally with different stakeholders.
