Due to internal promotions and expansion, an opportunity for an additional Sales & Customer Service Adviser has arisen within the North Somerset and Chew Valley Agency, based in Bishop Sutton.
About the role:
As a member of our Service Team, you will help customers make changes midterm to their existing policies for all personal and motor lines of insurance, along with managing and directing calls and correspondence; process and manage accounting transactions. You will also take incoming requests for home and motor insurance quotations, selling our award-winning insurance, introduce our financial service provision and intimating household claims. The role is supported with a robust training plan in which you can be assured of support and guidance.

6. Excellent communication skills, including listening and questioning skills.

8. Live within 1 hour of our agency office in Bishop Sutton BS39 5XP.

Our agency office is a modern building with ample free parking. There is an opportunity to work 1 day per week from home upon completion of probation period. We respect your personal time, so we will not expect you to work late evenings or weekends. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You will also have 25 days annual leave plus all bank holidays.
