Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a well-established organisation, who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor (Transformation) on a 12-month FTC.
This will be a full-time position based in Lincolnshire, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £34,000 - £39,000 per annum per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of change transformation and project management.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Working closely with the Head of HR & OD, Employee Relations Manager and Client Lead, and Senior client stakeholders to manage the alignment of the terms and conditions of employment across organisations
2. Developing and managing detailed project plans with concise timelines, maintaining associated reports and decision records, for future reference
3. Developing reporting and information for organisation decision and updates, including union and political member engagement
4. Working with HR team to ensure that letters, policies and consultations are planned for, managed and implemented
5. Identifying and managing risks; put in place appropriate mitigation plans. Ensure the continuity of services can be always maintained
