Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced learning and development practitioner looking to make a real difference. At Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) we are embarking on a strategic refresh to deliver a high quality patient experience and new models of health care which has Culture, Leadership and Inclusion at its core. This role will lead the Organisational Learning agenda providing thought leadership and learning and development design and delivery experience working alongside our leaders and managers. The role holder leads a portfolio of activity aimed at delivering improved organisational learning outcomes for all CUH colleagues. They lead the Organisational Learning Team which currently comprises seven members. This role will be based primarily at the department offices on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Main duties of the job The role holder project manages a portfolio of outsourced development interventions and also has learning business partnering responsibilities, acting as the primary point of contact and interface for triaging learning requests from their client group.Key aspects of the role:o To provide thought leadership and be the domain expert within CUH on Organisational Learning.
