You will get great visibility, responsibility, and career growth, getting hands-on across multiple sites with significant travel across the UK, Europe, Canada and North America.
With major projects, new sites, and expansion plans underway, your work will be business-critical in shaping the future of the company’s UK and European operations.
You’ll be working across multiple sites, collaborating with engineering teams, operations leaders, and global project management teams across the global group allowing you to learn from a wealth of knowledge as they will yours.
You'll also get direct exposure to senior leadership, both in the UK and at their global HQ in Canada as you will be reporting to the Operations Director UK and also have a dotted line to Corporate Engineering in Canada.

Your base? A market-leading ingredient manufacturing site in Great Ryburgh, Norfolk.

What You’ll Need
To succeed, you’ll be a qualified engineer with a heavy industrial or manufacturing background, experience managing brownfield projects and a strong understanding of industrial utilities, energy, and process infrastructure.
This role requires experience leading large-scale, multi-million-pound capital projects, managing contractors, controlling budgets, and ensuring successful delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence will be key, as you’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and site teams across multiple locations.
