Oversee and manage the design, development, and implementation of control, electrical, and instrumentation systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and project requirements. Lead and manage the EC&I engineering team, providing technical guidance and support. Ensure timely delivery of engineering tasks within budget and to the required quality standards.
* Manage control systems, power systems, and instrumentation systems.
* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
* Conduct technical reviews and assessments of engineering designs and documentation.
* Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support throughout project lifecycles.
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
* Develop and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.
* Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.
* Participate in project planning, risk management, and change control processes.
Chartered Engineer status preferred. Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in EC&I engineering, preferably within the nuclear / clean energy sector. Proven experience in managing and leading engineering teams. Strong knowledge of power systems, control systems, and instrumentation systems.
