Established in 2017, the School of Coding & AI has rapidly ascended to become the United Kingdom's largest and most decorated institution in computer science and coding education. Each month, we empower thousands of children and adults, collaborating with over 150 schools, colleges, and businesses nationwide to deliver comprehensive courses in STEM, Coding, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Business Studies.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
1. Mastering Executive Schedules: Assist with full management of a complex and shifting calendar, co-ordinating meetings, taking minutes and prepare meeting papers, including at Board Level.
2. Inbox Intelligence: Monitor and manage the Director's inbox, using discretion to prioritise messages, draft responses and delegate tasks to colleagues as needed.
3. Effective Communication: Act as the main point of contact, managing sensitive communications and ensuring seamless interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Report & Project Wizardry: Prepare accurate reports, presentations and assist with key projects, keeping everything on time and well-documented.
5. Travel Logistics Extraordinaire: Coordinate seamless travel plans for the CEO and senior team, including all accommodations and transportation.
6. Financial Stewardship: Oversee resource usage and ensure funds are managed efficiently, supporting the team’s financial goals.
7. Data Guru: Maintain and enhance departmental databases, ensuring accurate and efficient data management for better decision-making.
8. Policy & Procedures Prodigy: Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative policies, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
9. Department Ambassador: Represent the C-Suite by maintaining a positive, professional image and fostering a welcoming work environment.
10. Building a High-Performance Team: Work closely with your line manager to develop a strong, motivated team and cultivate an excellent work culture.
11. Adaptability & Initiative: Take on new tasks with flexibility, responding to evolving priorities in alignment with your line manager’s direction.
12. Other Duties as Assigned: Undertake any additional responsibilities that align with your role and grade, supporting the department’s overall success.
WHAT BACKGROUND DO I NEED TO HAVE?
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in an executive support role, ideally at the C-suite level, preferably in an academic setting.
2. Relevant degree or professional qualification (preferred but not essential).
3. Fluent English – impeccable written and verbal skills.
4. Advanced MS Office skills – ability to create high-quality reports & presentations.
