Site Operative As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Site Operative who will be responsible for managing a Tai Tarian yard and warehouse by organising work effectively, ensuring service outcomes are met in line with set standards. The role is permanent with a starting salary of £26,796 a year. The role will provide technical knowledge, managing an operating guide and protocol for all site users within defined guidelines, liaising internally to managers and employees as well as engaging with external stakeholders, including customers and service providers. Criteria for Role: To be successful in the role of Site Operative you will be required to have previous experience in the job area or relevant transferable skills to be able to demonstrate evidence of identifying and leading on work streams, seeking improvements for colleagues, customers, or the wider organisation. About the role The role of Site Operative is a key new role required to undertake all aspects of yard and warehouse management, ensuring our property is maintained to the highest standard. The Site Operative will take the lead on specific site procedures, such as safety, compliance and induction training.
