The successful candidate will work as part of the schools senior leadership team, to assist in the promotion, direction and oversight of high standards of teaching and learning, pupil achievement and progression within our school. One of the core focuses for this role include overseeing safeguarding and pastoral within the school. Previous experience of both safeguarding and pastoral within a school setting is essential. Please note that the successful individual will be required to be flexible and could be allocated different year groups depending on needs of the school in the future. The successful candidate will be: • Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working as an Assistant Headteacher within EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2. A team player with energy, stamina and lots of creativity and fresh ideas. Previous experience of both safeguarding and pastoral within a school setting is essential. A Qualified Teacher with QTS Status and substantial teaching experience in at least two settings. Able to demonstrate previous successful teaching experience: modelling excellence in teaching and learning.
