Tasks
1. Lead & supervise a team of Residential & Senior Residential Support Workers
2. Support the Registered Manager in overseeing four residential homes
3. Provide a safe & nurturing environment for children with emotional & behavioural challenges
4. Collaborate with therapists, education specialists & multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
1. Experience in residential childcare as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Residential Support Worker
2. Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
3. Full UK driving licence (manual)
4. Hold a full clean DBS
5. Hold a UK Passport
6. Share Code for Right to Work (if you are not a British or EU passport holder)
