Our client, a well-established company within the manufacturing sector with multiple sites across the Newtown area, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead their HR function.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR professional who can provide expert advice and support to the management team, while also being responsible for the day-to-day HR operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Providing training and development opportunities to employees
* Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
* Recruiting and selecting new staff members
