This role involves coordinating work schedules, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead shop employees to ensure efficient and effective operations. Monitor workflow and assign tasks to staff based on priority and skill level. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Train, coach, and evaluate team members for performance, safety, and skill development. Capable of handling administrative tasks such as timekeeping, material requisitions, and reporting. Ensure quality control and troubleshoot issues in processes or equipment. Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels as needed. Communicate effectively with upper management, customers, and vendors. Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on productivity and performance. Address employee and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or good experience in related field Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a shop or production environment. In-depth knowledge of vape products, e-liquids, devices, and accessories, with the ability to advise customers on product features and usage. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the sale of vaping products, including age restrictions, packaging requirements, and safety standards. Ability to educate customers on vaping safety, responsible use, and regulatory changes. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of shop operations, safety regulations, and quality standards. Proficient in MS Office and shop management software Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in scheduling staff shifts, managing work orders, and overseeing production timelines. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics. Proficient in inventory management and basic procurement practices. Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and scheduling. Experience with ERP/shop management software
