Description Job title: Advanced Apprentice Recruitment Business Administrator Location: Preston Salary: We offer a competitive salary with annual increases throughout the apprenticeship and a range of employee benefits including free higher education as well as access to the Company pension and share saving scheme What You’ll Be Doing The Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship is a two-year scheme and will offer you the opportunity to gain real experience within our Shared Services business. You will experience different placements working in the lines of service which support all our BAE businesses in the UK and the Rest of the World, including Air, Submarines, Maritime, Naval Ships and Cyber, giving you the opportunity to make a rewarding contribution to the work we do. This will be a role exploring Recruitment Operations, including Early Careers Recruitment, Onboarding, Vetting, Business Operations and Events. During your two years, you will undertake placements, working across a selection of the following teams: Early Careers Recruitment, Onboarding Early Careers, Onboarding Experienced Hires, Vetting, Contingent Labour, Business Operations and Events & Sourcing, enabling you to develop your business administration experience across these areas.
