Role: Office Administrator Location: Boscawen Farm (hybrid working considered) Pay: £25,350 FTE Hours: 8-12 hours per week Job Type: Fixed Term (3-6 months) We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator with exceptional communication skills. You will play a key role in supporting the management team by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your ability to prioritise workloads and use your initiative will be crucial in meeting deadlines and helping the team manage their responsibilities. A positive, can-do attitude, combined with empathy and understanding, is essential. You should be comfortable working independently and, when necessary, remotely or from Boscawen Farm. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to Team Managers, enabling them to deliver high-quality services for the people we support About your role Managing administrative functions such as data input, filing, reports, rota’s, and arranging meetings. Handling both incoming and outgoing mail promptly and ensuring information is distributed appropriately. Liaising with the management team to prepare and publish the on-call rota. Maintaining and updating HR systems as required. Ensuring adequate supplies of stationery, consumables, and equipment. Working closely with the recruitment team to process payroll and training documentation for new starters.
