About this job
Consumer Insight Manager at CGA are critical to managing and analysing research in the eating and drinking out sector, helping some of the world’s biggest brands to better understand how consumers interact with their products. As a Consumer Insight Manager at CGA, you will be responsible for overseeing qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects in the exciting and dynamic out of home and On Premise sector to provide valuable insights on market trends and client businesses. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to design research solutions, analyse results, and present recommendations.
Responsibilities
2. Conduct and manage research projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery
3. Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
4. Mentor junior team members in scripting surveys and conducting data analysis
5. Create informative presentations that convey key research findings
6. Build and maintain strong relationships across business units and with clients to support in business development efforts
7. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to update on projects and support with business development efforts
8. Support the development of junior members of the team and inspire growth of both individuals and the wider team
9. Design, develop and deliver global insights into the ever-changing eating and drinking out sector
Qualifications
10. 2-3 years of research experience in consulting, market research or media agencies, product management departments using and designing various research methodologies
11. Very strong presentation and communication skills - a client-centric approach
12. Strong analytical and project management skills
13. Demonstrable interest in the eating and drinking out sector
14. Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude
15. Bachelor's degree (2:2 or above)
