Customer Service Administrator

The company: An exciting opportunity to work at a company who operate on an international level within the fabric industry
Main duties: Working within the Export department, you will provide outstanding customer service to clients within a designated region
The role:
- Respond to customer enquiries ensuring any issues are resolved
- Ensure sales orders are prepared and dispatched
- Monitor outstanding orders involving stock management
- Support internal teams as required
- Ensure you are well informed of the full product portfolio including production and installation
- Ensure customer information is recorded accurately
The candidate:
- Customer service experience
- Additional language beneficial but not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with the ability to multitask
- IT literate
The salary: £27,500 per annum plus bonus
