Following the appointment of our new headteacher, the Governors of Silverdale are seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher with the experience to support our Leadership Team in building on current success and contribute to the exciting journey our school is on.
The new Deputy Headteacher will:
1. Possess the ability to lead and develop our teachers by demonstrating excellent teaching and learning across the school
2. Be committed to sustaining and developing high quality SEMH/SEND and Autism provisions and services
3. Be dedicated to providing young people with the best possible opportunities
4. Have the ability to foster positive relationships with all stakeholders of the school

Please note – as this post will have teaching responsibilities, the recruitment and selection process will require observations of teaching to be completed.
