Claims handler needed in London/Redhill

We now have an opportunity for a talented Claims Handler (Adjusting Executive) to join a highly successful Domestic Major Loss team in London/Redhill.

The role:
* A technical assistant role, designed to support their work throughout the handling of these claims.
* Work on a one-to-one basis with our adjusters, to ensure we can continue to deliver service and handling at the very highest level.
You will have the following skills:
* Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claim lifecycle.
* Liaise with internal teams and departments as needed.
* Manage correspondence and case enquiries as directed by adjusters.
* Keep all stakeholders fully updated with a proactive claims handling approach.
* Provide on-site support, including minute-taking, action plan preparation, and documentation.
* Record daily time accurately, ensuring a high proportion of chargeable hours.
