Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Children's Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed facility in the Solihull area. The ideal candidate must have multiple years of experience in managing Ofsted regulated Children's Homes, with a strong knowledge of regulations and DOLS. The role requires an Enhanced DBS for Children on the Update Service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the 3-bed facility
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and DOLS
* Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children
* Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments
* Manage budgets and resources effectively
* Participate in the weekend on-call rota (1 in 3)
Requirements:
Multiple years of experience in managing Ofsted regulated Children's Homes with DOLS
Relevant qualifications in social care or a related field
