Data BA | Informatica | ERP Migration | Data Transformation | Azure Data Factory | Birmingham| £450 to £500 per day (outside IR35) | 6 month contract Client Details A leading private healthcare / medical devices producer Description We are seeking a Data Business Analyst with expertise in Informatica and Azure Data Factories to work on a for a large-scale data transformation project within a leading medical devices company operating in the manufacturing sector. This high-impact role involves supporting end-to-end data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives essential to modernising the client's data infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, analyse, and document data requirements for the transformation project. Drive data integration and migration processes utilising Informatica and Azure Data Factory to align with business needs and technical requirements. Conduct detailed data mapping, profiling, and validation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across diverse data sources. Support ETL development efforts, ensuring seamless data flows and timely delivery within the Azure ecosystem. Work closely with stakeholders to document business processes, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with overall project goals. Profile Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst with s trong knowledge of Informatica and Azure Data Factories. Background in data transformation, ETL, and working within cloud-based data environments (especially Microsoft Azure). Experience in large-scale, complex data migration projects within the manufacturing or healthcare/medical devices sectors is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to document and communicate technical details in a clear, actionable way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in data profiling, mapping, validation, and experience working in agile project environments.
