Job Purpose
Working closely with and reporting to the Legal Operations Manager the post holder will administer processes and provide effective support to the Legal Services team (and, if required, other parts of the General Counsel Department) to ensure that the delivery of services are fit for purpose and undertaken efficiently and effectively.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Undertake legal support activities for all areas of the Legal Services team (and, if required, other parts of the General Counsel Department)
* Assist in the management of all External Legal costs
* Maintain comprehensive records on all relevant databases utilised across the Legal Services team (and, if required, other parts of the General Counsel Department)
* Provide reports and comparative statistics as requested by the Legal Operations Manager or a senior manager within the General Counsel Department
* Prepare and complete legal documentation as and when requested by the Legal Operations Manager or a senior manager within the General Counsel Department
* With the approval of the Legal Operations Manager or a senior manager within the General Counsel Department respond to written and general enquiry calls from our business or third parties relating to the work of the General Counsel Department
