Human Resources Assistant Belectric UK Hybrid working at home and at our Headquarters in Brinkworth, SN15 5FD Salary: £30,000 - £44,000 DOE Belectric UK are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a rapidly growing company. We are expanding our HR department due to significant business growth and are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support the HR Manager in all areas of the employee lifecycle. Company mobile and laptop Your role: Find, assess, and integrate a new payroll and HR software system Assist with payroll data and processes Support in-house pension administration Manage absence, sick leave, and holiday data reports weekly Support with HR induction for all new starters Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations Address employee relations queries or escalate when necessary Prepare documentation for appraisals, reviews, and probation Update company policies and employee handbook under manager guidance Maintain accurate personnel information in HR software Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies Develop and implement performance improvement plans and conduct evaluations Assist with training requirements and deliver HR-related training programs Support disciplinary and grievance processes Keep the HR Manager informed on all HR-related matters Conduct HR sections of interviews Prepare monthly HR reports Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while managing employee relations Provide general support across the HR department What Were Looking For: ? CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience ? Strong knowledge of GDPR compliance ? Ability to assess situations and escalate when necessary ? Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level) ? Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail ? Adaptability and willingness to learn in a growing company ? Ability to travel for HR meetings ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?
