Resident Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team, creating personalised experiences to mirror our guests onsite experience.
Resident Hotels is a specialist Hotel Management platform, that manages three hotel brands The Resident, Sleeperz and Cityroomz. We currently manage 10 hotels across the three brands.
The Role
As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be the guardian of the Resident Hotels brand, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and resonance across all touchpoints. You will drive brand awareness, strengthen our market positioning, and oversee marketing initiatives that inspire and engage our audiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with Resident Hotels vision and values alongside all the brands.
* Oversee all brand communications, ensuring consistency across online and offline channels, both internally and externally.
* Manage the creation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and experiential initiatives.
* Lead the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all departments.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align brand messaging with digital marketing efforts.
* Work closely with property teams to bring local culture and uniqueness into the brand story.
* Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
* Partner with PR agencies and other external partners to increase brand visibility and reach.
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives.
* Champion the Resident Hotels brand internally adn externally, fostering a strong brand culture within the organisation.

Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a Brand Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
* Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
* Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire stakeholders.
* A creative eye and attention to detail.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of market research and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
* A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for driving results.

Owned by MF&P and Mactaggart Family, RHL is led by CEO David JM Orr and is based in central London. The Resident was launched in February 2020, with four hotels in Central London and one in Liverpool, with Edinburgh opening in June 2024. The Resident is an Upper Upscale (STR) personable home-from-home brand providing excellent rooms, in exceptional locations with heartfelt hospitality. All five hotels receive exceptional guest appreciation, with The Resident Covent Garden ranking #1 out of 1,200 London hotels on TripAdvisor and NPS score for 2022 over 90. Sleeperz and Cityroomz are midscale (STR) design-led Budget hotels which since September 2022 have been operated by RHL. Pipeline plans for the Brands currently anticipate the potential for 2000 rooms for The Resident in the UK and Ireland and a similar quantum in due course for Sleeperz/Cityroomz.
