1:1 Teaching Assistant – Challenging Behaviour (CF82)
Location: CF82
Pay: £13 – £14 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
We are looking for a confident and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with challenging behaviour in a local school in the CF82 area. If you have experience managing behaviour and a calm, supportive approach, this role could be a great fit for you.

Your Role:
✔️ Work closely with one pupil to support behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
✔️ Implement strategies to manage behaviour in a positive and consistent way
✔️ Liaise with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress
✔️ Help the pupil stay on task and feel supported throughout the school day

✅ What You’ll Need:
Experience working with children with behavioural needs (school, care, or youth settings)
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
DBS on the Update Service & EWC registration (or willingness to apply)
