South Lanarkshire Council, Estates Team, is part of Property Services (Asset and Estates) within Housing and Technical Resources.
We provide comprehensive surveying and valuation services to the Council, offering professional advice on property matters and handling transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
Our aim is to deliver high-quality, efficient, and responsive services.
You will assist professional and technical staff in all aspects of commercial property management, including surveying, valuation, purchase, sale, and lease of properties within South Lanarkshire.
Within the Lease Management Section, responsible for managing around 800 properties, you will help maintain property records and IT systems, undertake inspections, liaise with tenants, and contribute to effective property and financial management.
Applicants should have effective communication and IT skills, a positive and professional attitude, the ability to multitask under strict deadlines, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
