An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pre-construction Administrator to join our Work Winning team at our Birmingham Office.
The Pre-construction Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Estimating department and assisting the proposal team in the preparation of bid documentation.
As a Pre-construction Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Work Winning team and the wider bid process, ensuring efficiency and organisation across all preconstruction activities.
Key Accountabilities to include but not limited to:
1. Opportunity Management: Undertake administrative tasks related to the collection and logging of new opportunities and tender information for distribution within the team
2. Enquiry Handling: Download and log new enquiries and tenders onto the system, allocating job numbers for tracking purposes
3. Bid Compilation: Assist with compiling bid responses for EOIs, RFIs, and PQQs, including gathering the necessary data from contributors and internal teams
