If youre a problem-solver with a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail, this is your chance to jumpstart your IT career with a company thats shaping the future of energy A Typical Day in the Job: Assist with routine security tasks such as password resets, multi-factor authentication, setting up group policies, and configuring anti-virus systems -Help implement security protocols and maintain data protection across the network and devices. Interpret and follow technical documentation like network diagrams, security policies, and vendor manuals to carry out daily tasks. Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients via phone, email, chat, and video calls. Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues using a variety of tools Assist with the installation and configuration of both physical hardware (e.g., RAM, CPU, routers) and peripherals (e.g., printers, Bluetooth devices). Help with software installation, upgrades, and updates, including operating systems, office suites, and productivity tools. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic Apprenticeships team. ?
