Youll work in our brand new CQC registered service, at the heart of supporting our customers making a big difference to five adults, all of whom have learning disabilities and/or autism and require 24/7 support.
Typical night
* Providing regulated care, which will include administration of medication, provision of personal care including support with bathing and dressing.
* Youll support customers with practical tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals and aspirations in their support plans.
* Cuppas, chats and catch ups. Theres no rushing from customer to the next here, and there is plenty of time to work together with your colleagues too.
