Exciting Administrator Opportunity in Central London!
Our client, a prestigious medical society, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team! If you have strong administrative skills and are looking for a temporary position, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Type of Role: Temporary (2 Months + likely to extend)
Working Pattern: Part Time, 3 days per week (Wednesday in office + 2 other days remote)
Pay: £14-£15 per hour
Location: Holborn
The Role
As an Administrative Assistant - Membership, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation's e-learning team. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Being the first point of contact for email and phone enquiries related to company Learning.
* Coordinating responses using existing guidance and procedures.
* Dealing with queries or forwarding them to appropriate colleagues when necessary.
* Updating members with progress on their enquiries.
* Escalating matters to the Learning Products Manager when needed.
* Helping to coordinate meetings and taking accurate minutes.
* Providing accurate reports on learning programme performance.
* Managing and maintaining records in accordance with company policies.
* Documenting all activities carried out.
Skills and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A-Level education or equivalent, with a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
* Experience of successfully working within a team.
* Ability to provide a professional, friendly, and reactive service to colleagues and external contacts.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Experience in providing a variety of administrative support.
