The Role:
I am seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon comfortable with both consulting and performing routine surgical procedures. This position involves a mix of hospital and branch work, with 50% of your time in sole charge at a branch location, or the option for a role solely based in a branch with the hospital as support. Ideal candidates are patient-focused and enthusiastic about working cases up to a high standard, supported by a team with specialisations in medicine, surgery, and diagnostic imaging.

What's On Offer:
* Flexible Hours: Part-time applicants are welcome.
* Weekend & Holiday Rotation: 1 in 8 weekends and 1 bank holiday per year, with occasional OOH holiday coverage.
* Professional Development: £1,750 CPD allowance plus one week for CPD attendance; RCVS, VDS, and either BSAVA or BVA fees covered.

* Schedule: 3 days 8:30am-6:30pm, 1 day 10am-9pm; weekend shifts on a 1:8 rota with Saturday 2-9pm and Sunday 8:15am-9pm.
Salary:
Starting from £44,000 to £60,000+ per year, based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
