Hours: 37 Hours a week, Term time only (41 weeks) (Part time applications are also welcome)

We are an innovative and destination driven Sixth Form offering a wide range of both A level and vocational provision to the community.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Progression Coordinator to join our pastoral team reporting to our Personal Development Lead.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate member of staff to work within our team of Personal Progression Coordinators. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting learners through their educational journey, have experience of working with 16-18 year olds, be a team player and able to deliver an outstanding experience to meet the needs of our students whilst also committing to the wider values and ethos of Bede Sixth Form College.
Our Personal Progression Coordinators form a strong pastoral team dedicated to providing our students with high quality, tailored pastoral advice and study skills guidance to help them develop ambition, resilience, and life skills in preparation for future careers and aspirations. Personal Progression Coordinators work closely with teaching staff and other support staff to ensure that students are supported so that they succeed and realise their potential.
We can offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work and develop within a supportive and motivated team committed to continuous improvement. We would also welcome part time applicants for this role.
