The Role The company is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects across the UK. The role involves managing the full project life cycle across multiple complex projects, ensuring high standards and deadlines are consistently met. Success in this role will require developing effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and senior leaders within the business. What You’ll Be Doing Manage entire project life cycle from start to finish. Handle all budgets, administration, and cost sign-offs. Value engineer all construction elements without compromising quality. Ensure external consultants, including design and architecture teams, deliver on time and on budget. Oversee and influence all health and safety compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation. Manage programming, schedules, and project delivery dates. Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders through accurate and timely reporting. Ensure contractors and suppliers provide efficient service, value for money, and compliance with health and safety legislation. Produce weekly client updates and briefs. Demonstrate a proactive and solutions-focused attitude, maintaining urgency while communicating realistic timelines to all stakeholders. Uphold a philosophy of consistent delivery and excellence within the business. Requirements A strong work ethic and a dynamic, problem-solving attitude. Highly organised and diligent with attention to detail. Experience in contractor or client-side project management within the retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors. A proven track record of delivering high-end retail interior fit-outs across the UK. A solid understanding of construction safety requirements and relevant health and safety legislation.
