We are currently working with a well known company based in Bath who are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join them on a temporary basis for 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end AP process, including invoice processing, supplier payments, and reconciliations.
Overseeing AR duties, such as raising invoices, chasing outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts.
Handling queries from suppliers and customers in a professional and timely manner.
Assisting with bank reconciliations and month-end reporting.
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.Additional Info
