The Recipe We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Distribution team at Burnley on a part time basis, working 3 days per week. As part of the team, you will form an integral part of our family to enable our distribution teams to deliver our great quality products, however, you dont need to have a distribution background, as full training will be provided. You will support the Distribution Team Managers, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer needs. The main responsibilities of the position include: Debriefing our delivery drivers Assisting managers in the day to day running of the distribution office Filing driver and fleet records Uploading Agency hours onto online portal (ETips) Answering telephone queries General administrative duties as required About Us Located in the heart of Lancashire is the home of our delicious Crumpets, Pancakes, and Potato Cakes and other freshly baked products that are produced and distributed from our Burnley Bakery.
