We're seeking an experienced Escalations Engineer to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional onsite support to our valued customers. As an Escalations Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for complex technical issues, collaborating with remote and field teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that have not been resolved by lower-level support teams.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
3. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, VMware, Mac OS, networking, and security.
4. Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer environments and support processes.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support
3. Strong technical skills in Microsoft technologies, VMware, networking, and security
4. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong customer service orientation
