The successful applicant for the Mortgage and Financial Services Administrator role will receive a compensation package with the following benefits: £23,000 - £25,000 salary based on experience Pension scheme. The Mortgage and Financial Services Administrator will: Submit, administer, and progress mortgage and protection insurance applications Manage the application pipeline and liaise with estate agents, lenders, insurers, and solicitors via phone and email Use Microsoft Word, Excel, client database systems, and various online application systems. The requirements for the Mortgage and Financial Services Administrator position include: Proficient telephone and communication skills Capacity to establish and develop client relationships quickly IT skills, including proficiency in Windows, Outlook, and Excel High level of numeracy Strong English language skills, both oral and written Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
