As an Administration Assistant, you’ll join a close-knit team responsible for ensuring smooth operations in a globally focused business. You’ll provide critical administrative support across various functions, focusing on customer interaction and organisational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.
* Coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Managing incoming calls and emails to support efficient communication.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A background in customer service or a similar role.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with exporting goods and knowledge of Sage software.
* Prior experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
